Biographical Sketch

Along with completed form, kindly enclose an application fee of one thousand dollars (J$1000.00) as well as two (2) passport size photographs.

Level II Students are required to complete twelve (12) courses. This includes nine (9) compulsory courses, a community service practicum and two (2) electives. Students are free to do as many electives as they desire since these will be offered consecutively. Level I students are required to complete six (6) courses, including the practicum.
Participants who are not interested in doing the entire programme may opt to select one or more courses and upon completion receive a Certificate of Participation indicating successful completion of each course. A Special Admission Form is to be completed by these persons.
